Zachary was born on November 15th 2007. He was a long awaited addition to this family. His sister, Mayce, now 6 years old, was thrilled to have a new baby brother. On March 5th 2008, Zachary was knocked unconscious and was not breathing. Luckily they were living next door to a student nurse who was home at the time. They ran to get her and she was able to revive him. They rushed him to the hospital, where they were told he would not make it through the night. The next day the family was questioned and more then happy to cooperate with officials, as they felt they were following necessary procedure. There wasnt a person that was surprised when just two days later they told the family the case was closed. This was no news to have any emotion about, it was just procedure and everyone knew it was an accident.

      In a rush of judgement, and despite the fact that both parents passed polygraph examinations, they have now wrongfully accused these loving parents of child abuse. They need your support and prayers. They have also felt the financial stress. The hospital bills and lawyer fees are piling up.
